PLA or PETG?
Material choice affects heat resistance and performance. Actual load capacity depends on the material, mounting surface, fasteners, installation, temperature, and how the hook is used.
- PLA – Great for lighter items like extension cords and hoses. More rigid; may snap under very high load.
- PETG – Recommended for heavier duty tasks. More flexible; tends to stretch rather than snap under high load.
Stronger materials capable of holding 150 lbs+ are available for bulk orders of 20 or more hooks — send a message for details!
Note: Mounting hardware is not included. #8 screws are recommended.
